Personal Development for Leaders cannot be an option if they are going to lead people, especially in a toxic work environment.

+++ RECENT RELEASE +++

“Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” ~ Benjamin Franklin

Notice the correlation? To get improvement, achievement, and success, growth is mandatory.

Is that your understanding as well? I hope so.

There has been no area of my life where I’ve experienced any measure of success without some form of growth.

Here’s another quote that supports my discovery.

“Growth is the great separator between those who succeed and those who do not. When I see a person beginning to separate themselves from the pack, it’s almost always due to personal growth.” ~ John C. Maxwell

[PAUSE] Are you growing?

If you are a leader and are not focused on leadership development, it’s very unlikely that you’ll be able to lead effectively.

In this episode, our guest Catherine Sherlock, highlights the need for growth. She uses the analogy of filling a cup to illustrate this need for growth.
