Build a strong team before a crisis and keep it that way during and afterward, require certain skills to keep the team intact and functioning at peak levels.

But the stakes are higher to keep things as normal as possible when you are dealing with circumstances outside of your control.

Take for example the coronavirus virus aka COVID-19.

I believe the same way we would when we experience any other kind of crisis. 

A crisis is a crisis. The skills used in one can be used in another. The difference is how you adapt.
